Coram: Kagha, Shadow Archdruid on (red) steroids, but as she's AFAIK not too popular I feel that's not saying too much. Only on your turns. Worth noting that e.g. Hermit Druid works too.

Cayth, Famed Mechanist: "I have no idea who you are." Anyway, all your creature spells coming with a free token or even counter probably has some combo potential, even if Cloudstone Curio is out.

Azlask the Swelling Scourge: Spawning Pit works well here.

Omo, Queen of Vesuva: Not just "changeling counter" since it needs to cover both creatures and land. I kinda wish the counters had their own intrinsic rules, like flying counters. Note that land creatures don't get pseudo-changeling.

Kozilek, the Broken Reality: Does a card that you need to pay nine mana for really need even a minor drawback?

Ral, Monsoon Mage: Not a fan of the flip damage. Can't red just have their own reliable Baral, Chief of Compliance?

Volatile Stormdrake: Nerfed Gilded Drake is still pretty good; plenty of high-value creatures at MV <=4. A sorcery-speed kill spell that pierces indestructible isn't horrible either (especially if it has a good on-death trigger.)

Flare of Fortitude: kinda wish this was Flare of Angel's Grace instead.

Trickster's Elk: I kinda hate this? IIRC, Kenrith's Transformation was a break, or at least a strong bend due to time constraints.

@seshiro_of_the_orochi. High Market was in my original draft actually, but I actually had to cut it due to not having enough basics to find up with all of the fetch lands if you believe it. I have a ton of way to sacrifice creatures and I simply needed to not fail my basic check lmao. In a similar vein, Spawning Pit is, while powerful, redundant in this deck. It's another card in my original 150-ish card draft that got cut as I had too many sacrifice outlets.

Unfortunately, my suggestion is less spectacular than what DreadKhan had going, but High Market and Spawning Pit seem like useful additions.

Fun deck, In decks like these I like to include passive token generators that provide you with fodder so you don't have to sacrifice any utility creatures. Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia is great here as he generates tokens that sac themselves. Spawning Pit is an oft overlooked card that serves as both sac outlet and fodder generator. Plus there is good ol' Bitterblossom.

Skullclamp also seems like a great addition here.

In taking a quick look at your deck, I think you could probably drop a few lands. 42 is a bit high, I get that you're not running many mana rocks aside from Sol Ring and Arcane Signet. I think you could safely swap a couple of land slots for a couple more 2 mana rocks like Talisman of Conviction and the others in Mardu colors, mostly since you can play extra rocks, but not additional lands each turn. Your mana curve is fairly low as-is at 2.73 that 42 lands seems like you could potentially mana flood. 35-38 lands is a nice sweet spot, especially with some mana rocks and a low curve like you have.

Bomat Courier could probably be cut. Definitely some hoops to jump through to get the impulse draw. Minas Tirith (if you're not against Universes Beyond stuff) and Chivalric Alliance might be safer options for some additional draw.

You could probably replace Memorial to Folly with Vault of the Archangel, as it's kinda slow as a tapped land and recursion piece.

Cathars' Crusade could be another potential replacement, mostly because the counter tracking in games can become annoying.

Spawning Pit is kinda meh, especially with some of the other more impactful "free" sac outlets you're currently running.
