What a great deck; love it, so definitely a +1 from me! Lots of similarities between yours and mine. I had completely forgotten about Manifold Key and Unwinding Clock; need to find some space in my own deck for those. I recently acquired The Indomitable, so that will be going in for sure too.

As for your deck, Nautiloid Ship could be nice. Awesome to screw around with opposing boards :) I've found Armed and Armored is fantastic when for whatever reason you've run out of pilots but not vehicles (like right after a creature-wipe). Lita, Mechanical Engineer is also fun; especially if you can generate steady streams of pilots :) Speaking of pilot generation: Sharding Sphinx is amazing as vehicle damage translates into new pilots.

I found another wincon: Armed and Armored is just absurd in a vehicle heavy deck. Maybe combine it with Archetype of Imagination to let your opponents go up in flames while your mechs turn around in epic slo-mo.

EyelessStarfish I think Avacyn's Memorial and Darksteel Forge are too mana heavy to fit in the deck but I really like the idea of Leonin Abunas; maybe on a similar note Rebbec, Architect of Ascension could offer similar protection. Gods Willing effects also look like solid cards to look into. I’m not a big fan of Lightning Greaves in this deck since I play such a low number of creatures and if they get stuck on Sram I can’t equip anything on him.

Only reason for Zephyr Boots being in the deck is because it’s a 1 mana equipment so it’s definitely a card I could replace with something better. I don’t think I want to remove Balan, Wandering Knight I play him as a backup wincon when Sram is too expensive to play and/or equip.

Cards I’m considering replacing would be Zephyr Boots, Explorer's Scope and Armed and Armored, Also I’m thinking if I should cut down on removal in favour of adding more protection.
