Saljen, your deck Treasure, Dwarves, and Dragon's; OH MY! definitely takes Magda, Brazen Outlaw in a different direction, with it focus on damage doublers/triplers and ping damage but not using infinite combos to do it. Biggest downside I could see is none of the doublers/triplers are directly searchable by Magda.

I went a different direction with my Magda deck, you're welcome to check it out if you like: Treasure, Dwarves, and Dragon's; OH MY! . I hadn't thought about Helm of the Host, I'm definitely going to find room for that in my version.
Here's some suggestions that I've found very helpful in my Magda deck:
Hammer of Nazahn - can save any creature at instant speed if you've got 5 treasures up, will also let you attach Helm of the Host for free
Magmatic Galleon - provides removal, a tapper effect for your dwarves, and the occasional extra treasure. Great first tapper to search out
Mycosynth Lattice - functions similarly to Maskwood Nexus, in that it'll let you search out any card in your deck, works well with Darksteel Forge to make board wipes one sided
Sculpting Steel - lets you copy Roaming Throne or Illusionist's Bracers to get extra treasures, or any of your other artifacts
Spiteful Banditry - board wipe that gives you random treasures throughout the game
Crime Novelist - Sac your 5 treasures, search for your thing, get 5 +1/+1 counters, and RRRRR mana. Insanely easy to combo out with this guy, insanely powerful with Magda
Steel Hellkite gives you the option to remove anything, even things you wouldn't normally be able to like enchantments

Good list! I got some ideas for my own, so thanks!
In terms of enablers, Keen Duelist and Descent into Avernus are quite strong. Walking Ballista (and to a lesser extent Hangarback Walker) also makes a great enabler in the early game or a giant threat in the mid/late game. Cryptolith Fragment Flip is great as a ramp spell that fixes and also enables casting Rakdos. I am also playing Insolent Neonate, which has worked out surprisingly well, though there may be better options out there. I see you're not running Heartless Hidetsugu, which I think is a must-have for this deck. It makes dumping out your hand and killing every opponent trivially easy.
When it comes to payoffs, I really like playing as many colourless cards as possible to really take advantage of Rakdos. I see you're missing Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger and Emrakul, the Promised End in your top-end. In terms of other colourless cards, I like Duplicant as a potentially free removal spell, Wurmcoil Engine for the value, Myr Battlesphere for early damage output and Steel Hellkite as a flying threat that can wipe out huge chunks of the board.
When it comes to coloured payoffs, I stopped playing cards that cost more than or in their costs, as they wouldn't play well with the Rakdos discount. I do like Sheoldred, Whispering One, Knollspine Dragon and Balefire Dragon.
With Whip of Erebos and Exquisite Blood in the deck, is seems like Sanguine Bond would be a great include as a combo finisher.
In terms of cuts, Lightning Bolt seems like an easy one to let go. I stopped playing haste-givers because I found myself playing creatures post-combat most of the time anyways, so something like Rising of the Day could be an easy cut. Read the Bones seems like a really weak card that could be replaced with better card draw or recursion (Necropotence?). I see the combo with Tectonic Hazard and Death-rattle Oni, but that seems pretty niche otherwise and could be replaced with more reliable/repeatable enablers instead. Spawn of Mayhem seems pretty awkward in this deck, as you'll rarely be able to cast it before turn 4 even with Spectacle (and we know what turn 4 is for! :) ). The triple-black on Bloodletter of Aclazotz and Dread Cacodemon are pretty restricting, in my opinion. Indulgent Tormenter seems very unreliable and probably not worth the cost.
Jet Medallion and Ruby Medallion are not at their best here, as they reduce colourless costs instead of adding mana, which means that with Rakdos out they may not even do anything.

Dragon Tempest is extremely strong in a deck like this. Lathliss, Dragon Queen also seems like a lot of fun to copy with Miirym; dragon tokens galore! Firkraag, Cunning Instigator could be great fun too; as it leaves I'd also really recommend Steel Hellkite as an extremey powerful wipe on wings.

Steel Hellkite, Karmic Guide & Drana and Linvala are good places to start.
Other options like Rune-Scarred Demon, Burning-Rune Demon & Vilis, Broker of Blood are a few bucks each, but worth it.

After looking over, thinking about, and testing the cards in LTR and LTC below are the 5 changes I have made to the deck. After several sets of no changes we are almost overwhelmed with additions. There have been 4 made to the main deck and 1 to the maybe.
Main:
1. Mines of Moria added. Snow-Covered Mountain removed. Mines of Moria will almost always come in untapped and has the upside of being able to get two treasure for us in a pinch.
2. Gimli of the Glittering Caves added. Dwarven Recruiter removed. While Dwarven Recruiter is a situationally good card, I don't often find myself short of dwarves in this build of the deck. For 3 mana I would rather have a dwarf that can get me 3 treasures on a swing then one that will guarantee my next few draws are dwarfs.
3. Gloin, Dwarf Emissary added. Dwarven Thaumaturgist removed. This is a straight upgrade. Gloin will make a treasure in response to about 33% of the current deck build being cast. In general that has been 2 or 3 extra treasures per game that I can use to keep something big and scary away from me or to speed up my game plan as needed.
4.Cavern-Hoard Dragon added. Steel Hellkite removed. Steel Hellkite is removal, but situational and generally uses one of the precious Magda, Brazen Outlaw activations to get it out so is obvious and can be planned around. Cavern-Hoard Dragon is a bomb whether you draw it mid/late and play it for 3-4 mana and then swing to get 5-6 treasure or you bring it out with Magda, Brazen Outlaw to block and then swing with it on your turn to get all you treasures back. In my testing this card has by far generated me the most Treasure, due to the artifact heavy meta I play in.
Maybe:
1. Spiteful Banditry: I debated putting this in the main deck, there is 1 thing that kept it out. The worst sentence to see on a card in Magic, in my opinion, "This ability triggers only once each turn". If that wasn't on this card it is an auto include variable boardwipe that gives me treasures for killing my opponents creatures. As it stands the best case scenario is to play it when you have no creatures out or the creatures with the highest toughness and wipe your opponents board and get 1 treasure. There might be metas this is more useful in, which is why it was included in the maybe section. I doubt I will ever slot it into the main deck; unless, I am completely misunderstanding the card, since at most 1 treasure per opponent's turn seems unlikely and slow.

Nope, not yet and thanks for the combo idea! I did manage infinite mana a few times in combination with Walking Ballista to more or less the same effect. Also created a very large Steel Hellkite with infinite mana once and I remember using it once in combination with Staff of Domination to draw my deck.
