When Invasion of Zendikar Flip is defeated and I cast Awakened Skyclave, does it enter as a land? It says "as long as it's on the battlefield, it is a land in addition to its other types" so does it enter as a creature then the effect applies giving it the land type or does it enter as a land?

I see that one of the rulings for Odric, Lunarch Marshal says multiple instances of a keyword are redundant, but are there still multiple instances? I'm specifically thinking of Walking Skyscraper. If it starts combat untapped, Odric will give all my creatures hexproof (including Walking Skyscraper), so if I tap and attack with Walking Skyscraper, will it still have hexproof since Odric gave it another instance of hexproof?
