Necromancy
Enchantment
You may cast Necromancy as though it had flash. If you cast it at any time a sorcery couldn't have been cast, the controller of the permanent it becomes sacrifices it at the beginning of the next cleanup step.
When Necromancy enters the battlefield, if it's on the battlefield, it becomes an Aura with "enchant creature put onto the battlefield with Necromancy." Put target creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control and attach Necromancy to it. When Necromancy leaves the battlefield, that creature's controller sacrifices it.

Some small recommendations I can think of:
- You have a lot of drawing for all parties, but your opponents will also be discarding (quite likely, especially given the Memory Jar). I therefore recommend Megrim, which actually is the reason Memory Jar became the first emergency ban in MTG history. You could also run things like Animate Dead, Reanimate, and Necromancy to take advantage of loading up your opponents' graveyards. Of course, Rise of the Dark Realms is a nice showstopper, though it's quite pricey...
- Archfiend of Despair is a delightful combination of Wound Reflection (already recommended) as well as stopping lifegain. I love using it wherever I can. (It's also a demon, so it synergizes with one of your alternate win cons.)
- You could also consider going more of a snow-covered route, so replacing your basic swamps with the snow-covered kind and going with Extraplanar Lens to amplify your black mana. Crypt Ghast also is another mana accelerator.
- The Meathook Massacre and Massacre Wurm are also "board wipe with benefits" that I highly recommend. I also almost always play Kokusho, the Evening Star in every black deck I run. Archfiend of Despair could also be another fun option for removing things and punishing your opponents.
- Some of your artifacts and tutors could be better. Rather than Wayfarer's Bauble, I could suggest Expedition Map instead. Grim Tutor, Planar Bridge, and Beseech the Queen could also make for fun tutoring.
- I'm not sure if Gemstone Caverns and Mox Diamond are worth it here: sure, they're fast and get you more mana quickly (always a good thing), but the multicolored mana isn't so necessary. There are options I might prefer like Mox Amber, Mana Vault, Volrath's Stronghold...
- For a mono-black deck, Contamination might be a great way to lose all friends. I highly recommend it.

I think Hand of Emrakul, Decimator of the Provinces, Kozilek, the Great Distortion, and Pathrazer of Ulamog are too expensive to cast / commander ability for what they do. Some replacement examples would be: Terastodon, Void Winnower, Fleshbag Marauder, Noxious Gearhulk, Ravenous Chupacabra, Plaguecrafter, Eternal Witness, It That Betrays, Woodfall Primus, Acidic Slime, Ob Nixilis, Unshackled, Sepulchral Primordial, Overseer of the Damned, etc.
cards like Dalek Squadron with a sac outlet will get you a lot of Meren counters quickly. cards like Greater Good are great at filling your graveyard and your hand. cards like Oversold Cemetery are great for your low mana creatures and late game expensive creatures. Tragic Slip isn't a very good card for multiplayer commander, unless you are using something like Isochron Scepter
I think your deck is a little heavy on creature token generators, especially your creatures. I know they are there to build up tokens on Meren and to generate mana, in the early game, but they aren't doing much in the mid to late game. Maybe replace a few with some faster reanimator spells like: Living Death, Lifeline (a personal favorite), Necromancy, Animate Dead, Victimize, Rescue from the Underworld, Beacon of Unrest, etc.
Other cards I would consider cutting: Skullbriar, the Walking Grave (too slow imo unless he is your commander), Blisterpod (needs to die to get the token), Pawn of Ulamog, Vorapede, Village Rites, Gray Merchant of Asphodel (starts to shine with lots of reanimator stuff), Woe Strider, Scion Summoner, Brood Monitor, Deathreap Ritual, Commander's Sphere
It's tough to suggest cards for a budget deck. A card that I might consider to be absolutely necessary could require cheaper options in other parts of the deck to make it fit.

I'd start with one of the 2 Flicker of Fate seeings as you can only run 1 in Commander :)
Your mana curve is a bit high too, so I'd look at one of the 7 mana cards to cut. Probably Fated Return since you can do the same thing for much less mana. Though I just noticed that you aren't running any of Reanimate, Animate Dead, or Necromancy and the price of the deck is pretty low, so this may be a budget deck and the "same thing for much less mana" argument may not be a good one.

Happy to help luizfpa! Have you had a chance to play your deck irl in its current iteration? Was there anything that felt clunky to you?
I played Alesha for a couple of years in a few different iterations: ETB tokens/Aristocrats, Menace Matters Aggro, and finally more combo-focused. The cool thing about Alesha is that you can take her so many different directions. I don't think I've seen any Alesha builds that look alike. The more you play her, the more you'll be able to tune her toolbox aspects to your playgroup(s).
If you're ever interested in running a more dedicated reanimator package to supplement Alesha, Reanimate, Animate Dead, & Necromancy all were reprinted in the new Revenant Recon Dimir precon.

Holy crap Reanimate, Black Sun's Zenith, Animate Dead, Necromancy, and Toxic Deluge all reprinted in the Dimir precon?
Duskana, the Rage Mother is a fun and cheeky way to do either Bear Typal, or Morph/Mega Morph/Disguise/Cloak/Manifest.
At a quick glance, it seems like the Boros precon has the most underwhelming reprints, besides Jeska's Will. Glad to see it getting reprinted again.

I can see the appeal of Mind Stone. I'll give it a shot.
With regard to Shadow of the Enemy; I like being able to cast spells from exile opposed to interact with them from the graveyard, as this is generally harder to counter (especially decks that feature lots of graveyard interaction have been able to circumvent my theft sprees with cards like Deathrite Shaman). However, adding Animate Dead/Dance of the Dead/Necromancy would still be a good idea, as these are so cheap to cast and potentially bring such great advantage.
I concur that Blast Zone is slow. Unfortunately Dimir features very little in terms of enchantment/artifact destruction and my meta generally doesn't do much with land-destruction, so my experiences with it (thus far) is that I've been able to use it to good effect.

Mind Stone > Chromatic lantern - Lantern isn't needed in a 2 color deck and if you find it helpful, then you need to work on your mana base. Mind stone is nice card draw when you don't need it and comes down 1 turn earlier than lantern.
Necromancy/Dance of the Dead > Shadow of the Enemy - You don't need the redundancy. Necromancy is cheaper to cast, can even be done at instant speed.
Cut Blast Zone and replace it with either Mystic Remora or a card that can interact/exile an opponents GY at instant speed possibly? Blast zone is super slow. I understand it's purpose but more often than not it isn't impactful. How has your experience been with it? I mention the exile GY instant speed or something similar to deal with Eldrazi. I don't see one card to help you with that glaring weakness. Perhaps I'm missing it?

Great build! I'm thinking this deck is so adept at killing opposing creatures, wouldn't it be fun to add a subtheme to steal from your opponents' graveyards; maybe with something like Grave Betrayal or auras like Animate Dead/Dance of the Dead/Necromancy?
