Stealing things and caging is fun: I've seen a lot of degenerate things with Mairsil. That said, I have a few small suggestions:

• You mention lands are an issue and color-correcting early. Indeed, while this seems to be the case, I can suggest more multi-lands such as Reflecting Pool, Mana Confluence, City of Brass, and the new fetchable surveil lands from MKM (Thundering Falls, Raucous Theater, and Undercity Sewers), or the route of ultimate color-correcting with Chromatic Lantern. There are, of course, also some of the super-fast artifacts like Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, Mox Amber, Mana Vault, and the like, but not sure what your budget is.
• A theft option I always run in every blue deck is Commandeer. Nobody sees it coming (or maybe they now do, especially when I sit at the table).
• I'm surprised that you don't have the cutest and cuddliest blink card in there: Displacer Kitten. I see it in your maybe list, but I highly recommend it in the main deck: it's incredibly easy to trigger and it enables so many fun shenanigans.
• Other assorted recommendations: Fact or Fiction, Storm the Vault  ^Flip (you have enough artifacts to make it work), Goldspan Dragon (cute and cuddly treasure accelerant), Memory Jar, Lim-Dul's Vault, Patron Wizard...

Profet93 You would think I would need to add more mana rocks, but honestly it has not been much of a problem getting The Ur-Dragon in to the battlefield. Ancient Copper Dragon, Cavern-Hoard Dragon, Decadent Dragon, Goldspan Dragon, Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient, Morophon, the Boundless, Old Gnawbone, Rivaz of the Claw and Sarkhan, Soul Aflame all work very well as mana ramp in this deck.

Couple of fun ones that immediately pops up to me with a Dragon's Approach deck that runs Hellkite Tyrant would be Descent into Avernus. You can make your opponents create treasures that you then proceed to steal with Hellkite. Goldspan Dragon also synergizes well with treasures, making it easier to hard-cast any dragons you may draw into. Speaking of hard-casting, Kalain, Reclusive Painter can make your dragons bigger if you spend mana from treasures to cast them from your hand.

Thanks for checking out the deck Squidcod. Overall, the priciest cards in the deck are Terror of the Peaks, Goldspan Dragon, Purphoros, God of the Forge, Mana Drain, Cyclonic Rift, Jeska's Will, and the various Shocks and Fetches. The real "meat" of the deck isn't as expensive

You could definitely swap Cyc Rift with Evacuation or Wash Out. Mana Drain could probably get swapped with Familiar's Ruse for some additional utility of taking a creature back to hand. Alternatively, you could also change some of those pricier creature slots into creatures with Ninjutsu, if you wanted a bit of that.

ted1 - I like the decklist and the concept! Looks like you are running a decent amount of ramp and flicker with the hope of generating lots of dragon copies/tokens via effects from Miirym, Sentinel Worm, Panharmonicon, etc...

If I may ask some questions and/or provide some thoughts...I am surprised things like Dragon Tempest, Terror of the Peaks, and Ancient Silver Dragon were omitted. Dragon Tempest and Terror of the Peaks are just like Scourge of Valkas and fill a similar roll. If you can get out lots of dragons, Dragon Tempest and Scourge of Valkas are superior but Terror of the Peaks is basically targeted removal when you only can get out a few dragons before another board wipe.

Ancient Silver Dragon I feel like you would need in this deck as it allows no maximum hand size. Given the amount of draw this deck has with things like Elemental Bond and Kindred Discovery, having some stuff like that would be crucial...

I am a little surprised to see Goldspan Dragon. You are only running three dragons with treasure synergy with Ganax, Astral Hunter and Ancient Copper Dragon obviously having some serious treasure production ability in this deck. Just feels like this inclusion with the hope of getting it out with one of those two is low and you could do better by adding a dragon with a different role.

Personally, whenever I run a creature heavy deck, I always include two things: 1. protection for my boardstate and 2. something to bring back my creatures after a boardwipe. Nothing is worse than having your deck explode onto the field and then a Wrath of God get dropped and you blew your load early and have no way to really recover. I would encourage you to try to find some form of both of these and include it such as Deflecting Swat, plus it has a dragon for flair!!!

Lastly, Gratuitous Violence outclassed by Fiery Emancipation...plus it has some dragon flair with the fire :)

Sorry but creaturelands becoming creatures dont enter the battlefield they just become creatures, thus not triggering TotP. Some alternatives might be: Goldspan Dragon or Glorybringer
