Deckling -

I have been playing MTG since around 2015 with probably a 2-3 year break in between. My favorite format is EDH. My playgroup did Standard for awhile but decided we couldn't keep up anymore and just did Modern. We recently started getting into Commander and have been just playing that for now. I believe my first deck ever brewed was Minotaurs which has been broken apart for awhile now.

My decks will be or are in paper and they are budget friendly.

Blood Moon effects all players, obviously. The player who casts (after resolving) and controls Prismatic Omen is now safe from said Blood Moon therefore it overrides it.
