These are all really cool. A couple of nitpicks:
Fjorn's draw step replacement ability technically needs to say what it's replacing. "If you would draw a (or the first) card during your draw step, instead you may..."
doesn't usually steal things permanently. This would probably be either "gain control of whatever until end of turn" or add or somewhere, depending on King Fjorn's ruthlessness, intelligence, or sailing skill.
I think Raid the Land would be clearer if you took the second X out of the rules text.
I really like these overall. Good flavor, clear intent, and clean execution.
