Jeremy Renner had an app?
Yes. The Jeremy Renner App was a mutually experienced fever dream from 2017. Although this app was intended for the most devoted Renner fans, the app quickly devolved into a pvp enabled area.
The purpose of this deck? Channel the depravity, and the absolute psychic damage of everyone's favorite MCU Archer's app into a group slug experience. The Cardboard Jeremy Renner app experience if you will.
Tor "Jeremy Renner" Wauki will utilize Deathtouch and Wither enabling effects to add some additional sting to damage dealt.

This deck runs fairly low to the ground on its average CMC, but wanted to make sure it can fire off multiple cheap spells each turn rotation.

I always try to balance out cantrip draw with effects that are repeatable, or can draw 2+ card bursts:

- Deadly Dispute - I like the flexibility of the sacrifice requirement

- Night's Whisper
- Plumb the Forbidden - I tend to use this as a response to a boardwipe. Might as well have the most resources to rebuild with after a wipe.

Since Tor Wauki can throw around 2 damage each time I sling spells, I figured it would be ideal to have a package of deathtouch enablers, and effects that synergize with and enable wither proliferation.
Deathtouch
I like that most of these are fairly cheap at 1-2 mana, and are all essentially removal spells with Tor Wauki online. As a couple of people have pointed out, if I give Tor Wauki deathtouch using any of the instants listed here, his damage trigger resolves before he gets deathtouch. I think it should still be fine, since many of the other instants and sorceries in this deck are fairly cheap, and I could chain a few more casts to make use of his deathtouch.

- Pestilient Spirit - Very exciting to give all of my Burn instants & sorceries Deathtouch.
Wither
A subtheme which helps deal with indestructible creatures, and can additional wrinkle of control.

- Everlasting Torment - Turns off Tor Wauki's lifelink, but hopefully will help maintain a foot heavily on the pedal for the wither gas.
- Necroskitter - One of my original nightmare cards from playing against my friend's wither deck when he first taught me to play MtG about 10 years ago.
- Yawgmoth, Thran Physician - Not explicity wither, but helps proliferate and add additional counters around.
- Kulrath Knight - I like that Kulrath Knight can shut off aggro board states that may be using +1/+1 counters, and is even more useful now with all sorts of keyword counters post-Ikoria.
All of the effects in deck that would aim to synergize with Tor Wauki's first ability. I wanted to keep these options fairly low to the ground or repeatable, and synergistic with other spell-slinger pay-offs.
- Ramunap Ruins
- Shivan Gorge - I don't have much land removal in my meta, so I like this as a repeatable option.
- Sunscorched Desert
- Blazing Volley - Can turn into a boardwipe with Pestilent Spirit, or enable the Wither support with Everlasting Torment.
- Electrickery - Ditto as Blazing Volley, but at instant speed.
- Lightning Bolt - Classic. Tor Wauki can help Lightning Bolt punch for 4 damage, and Obosh, the Preypiercer can help it punch for 6 damage.
- Skred - Will likely be an even heavier hitting Lightning Bolt with all of the Snow Basics in deck.
- Vicious Rumors - Discard and mill is salt to the wound.
- Fall of the Hammer - Creature spot removal
- The Spell-Slinging Group Slug trio - Firebrand Archer, Kessig Flamebreather, & Guttersnipe
- Rakdos Charm - This card has already taken out friends playing token strats in our play group.

- Molten Psyche
- Spellshock - Everybody is going to hurt until someone takes one for the team and blows this up.
- Underworld Dreams - Tech to punish greedy drawing

- Toralf, God of Fury - I'm mostly likely going to play the front side the majority of the time and really spread the excess damage around. Very ideal if I have Pestilent Spirit online.

- Syr Konrad, the Grim - Creatures die all the time in games of EDH.
- Chandra's Incinerator
- Blasphemous Act - A boardwipe that more often than not gets played for 1 mana in my playgroup's games.

Torbran, Thane of Red Fell - Adds some extra spice to all of the Red damage dealers above, including Tor Wauki the Younger

Obosh, the Preypiercer - Doubles up the damage from all of my odd CMC sources, including the combat damage they deal.
Interaction
- The Mortality Trio - Arcane Lighthouse, Glaring Spotlight, Shadowspear- Can all help make hard to remove creatures and permanents a bit easier to kill.
- Liquimetal Torque - Turn tough to remove permanents (for Rakdos) into artifacts for easier removal.
- Everlasting Torment - Shut off lifegain strats (including our own unfortunately)
- Necroskitter
- Kulrath Knight - Stop opponents' board states that care about stacking counters from attacking or blocking.
