I finally got a chance to playtest this deck (pre-con unchanged).. It played worse that I would have thought, its probably good against the other Dr. Who Pre-cons, but against my friends decks, it was pretty dismal. I have swapped out about a quarter of the deck with new stuff.. Going to be giving it a shot and we will see.

The new build leans into getting that 3 damage through, just so we can have more Villanous Choices. Need to do some test plays before new changes will happen.
