This is a deck based on using proliferate to great effect (the acronym stands for "Proliferate Everything, Triumph Exquisitely". I'm not entirely satisfied with this one; I feel like it's too slow (anyone playing a deck that's good in the early game tends to stomp all over it), I could probably have a wider variety of counter types and perhaps more red cards (though doing more than 3 colors might be a bad idea?), and I've never been quite sure on the land distribution.

Cards to acquire:

• Doubling Season (will probably just proxy it, because screw paying $40 for it)
• possibly more planeswalkers, including more copies of Chandra, Torch of Defiance
• more hydras?
