Trying removing Concealed Courtyard for Fetid Heath. There is some worst case scenario bad mana, but that is absolutely offset by the ability to use a t2 Smallpox with a Fetid Heath and Flagstones of Trokair to throw an Archon of Cruelty in the graveyard and fetch a Raffine's Tower
