So this deck has gone through a few stages of retooling, and I'm fairly happy with the changes. Originally it leaned a lot heavier into black, but I found that outside of Phyrexian Obliterator there wasn't much I really needed.

The core idea is to ramp up with Ignoble Hierarch and Utopia Sprawl (choosing black, naturally) until you've got 4 and 1 available. You want to sit on that mana until your opponent foolishly decides to swing at you with something, and then utilize Savage Summoning to let them walk directly into The Big Scary Man.

If they choose not to walk into your trap, you've got a few options. Blizzard Brawl and Inscription of Abundance will let you fight anything that they're scared to swing with, and if you have no fight targets you can make your own via the application of Beast Within and/or Forbidden Orchard. Blood on the Snow can sweep up a wide board or the superfriends and, as a bonus, rip an Obliterator out of your graveyard for more fun.

Your secondary threats are gonna be Hive of the Eye Tyrant and Scavenging Ooze; both hit the graveyard hard, which is pretty handy, and Scooze can beef itself up over time (ideally with sacrifices off of Obliterator). Mwonvuli Beast Tracker is a tutor with a body, and to round out our utilities we have Deadly Dispute to recoup the cost of a creature that's about to die, and Vines of Vastwood for both protection and some neat tech to pump our opponent's creature as its about to collide with Obliterator.

The sideboard has some extra protection against counters and removal with Veil of Summer, and infect insurance with Melira, Sylvok Outcast. Inquisition of Kozilek is a budget Thoughtseize that can be a good include when you're facing a deck faster than yours, Deadly Allure can be fun against very creature-heavy decks, and Soul Shatter is a bit of extra removal when you're dealing with invuln creatures and a lot of planeswalkers.
