JON'S COMMENTS

Sire of Stagnation is only good if you already have Consecrated Sphinx in the deck. If you can't afford to put both in, I would recommend the sphinx.

I still say the Modular cards arn't that great. They barely do anything for your deck. They only become worth while if you have Marchesa, the Black Rose on the battlefield.

Personally I would recommend more flicker effects. Currently you only have three.

In general, you need more removal cards. You currently only have nine total. You need to aim for somewhere around twenty.

Even with all your artifacts that can give charge counters, I still say that Darksteel Reactor isn't worth having in the deck. There is no guarantee that you will even get that out early-mid game. Coretapper and Energy Chamber really only work well with three cards in the deck. (And yes, I am accounting for the fact that Energy Chamber gives a creature a +1 counter every turn).

At some point you have to consider if these combo cards are hindering the synergy of the deck. You might want to take them out for more answers the deck needs.
