Ixalan merfolk counter deck. The star of the show is the Herald of Secret Streams , making any with counters unblockable.

Combine Forerunner of the Heralds with Deeproot Waters and you can get a really big Forerunner. The same goes for River Sneak , but less so because it's only for the turn when the merfolk enter. Depending on where you are in the game, Hadana's Climb   can be useful to give counters, but the land on the other side can double anything's power, making a really really big Forerunner if used right.
