This is just your typical Brago, King Eternal flicker deck, I'm not trying to be overly oppressive (not using a lot of stax cards) but still want it to reasonably competitive in a higher end casual play group.

I usually play black and/or Red and sometimes green so playing both white and blue is outside of my normal comfort zone.

This deck is capable of making some soft locks with Brago, King Eternal + Strionic Resonator and creatures like Aether Channeler or even a non-creature option like Reality Acid, you can also make a soft lock with Brago, King Eternal + Archaeomancer + Time Warp. Note in the above option with strionic resonator, you will need any combination of mana rocks that can be flickered to pay for the resonator.

Being able to flicker cards like Grim Monolith or Mana Vault just adds a lot of value by circumventing the negatives of those cards. Even the cumulative upkeep of Mystic Remora can be constantly reset for huge draw gains over time.

I have included Personal Tutor simply because both Time Warp & Approach of the Second Sun are sorcery's, and having more options to find either one depending on board state is helpful.
