What Pikobyte said. But for specific suggestions, I'll list them below.

- Brood Monitor isn't super strong in EDH. Not necessarily a must-cut, but one I'd definitly keep in mind. - Izoni, Thousand-Eyed is super powerful, but the mana requirements are pretty tough in a three-color deck. - Nefarox, Overlord of Grixis doesn't do much for your game plan. You have much better ways for forced sacrifice. - Scribe of the Mindful should probably be cut, unless you really want to keep the amount of Instant/Sorcery spells high. - Sphinx of Foresight , while interesting, is just kinda... meh. - Thallid Soothsayer is okay, but there are better sac outlets available to you. - Verdant Force is far too expensive and slow for what it does. - Weaver of Currents doesn't produce colored mana, which is important for a three-color deck.
- Curse of Disturbance isn't great, and not something you want to spend your T3 play on. - Underworld Connections could be cut in favor of better draw spells. Mystic Remora or Rhystic Study would be great here. -I respect the Exquisite Blood / Sanguine Bond combo, but without both cards you're stuck with a 5 CMC enchantment that doesn't do much for you.
- Haunted Fengraf and Rogue's Passage are both underwhelming, I'd look at replacing them with lands that produce colored mana or have stronger utility.
- Cast Down , Doom Blade , Incubation / Incongruity , Price of Fame , and Vona's Hunger are all decent removal, but again, you should prioritize permanents with those effects. - Dismiss and Unwind both seem like they're thrown in here. There's not much use for them. There are even creatures that can counter spells. - Thought Scour is worse than Stitcher's Supplier in this deck.
Nothing specific to replace here, but I would look into better (cheaper CMC) mana rocks and other value engines.

Top recommendations: Burnished Hart, sad robot-Solemn Simulacrum, and Liliana's Contract due to the number of demons your are running.

Undiscovered Paradise/Ghost Town - are ways to ensure land drops each turn

Other Ways to search for lands: Liliana's Shade, Armillary Sphere, Journeyer's Kite/Thaumatic Compass  Flip, Pilgrim's Eye, Surveyor's Scope, Thawing Glaciers, Field of Ruin

Keeping the demon subtheme I would suggest: Ammit Eternal, Baleful Ammit, Archfiend of Despair, Demon of Catastrophes, Demon of Dark Schemes, Demon of Wailing Agonies, Harvester of Souls, Nefarox, Overlord of Grixis, Reiver Demon

Demonlord Belzenlok/Kothophed, Soul Hoarder/Razaketh, the Foulblooded (these three + griselbrand hold liliana's contract very flavorful)

I would remove: Buried Alive (don't see strong graveyard recursion), Temporal Extortion/Dash Hopes (bc if its that important to your opponents they will pay the life), Grinning Demon/Minion of Leshrac (no upside), Gloom/Infernal Reckoning(unless this is a meta choice but its too situational), Sanguine Bond (do you gain that much life to be relevant?), Death's Approach (for hard removal) and Without Weakness

Everything here is a loose recommendation; there are some cards I left alone that I would personally remove or avoid, but you probably enjoy as they are. That said, here are some creatures you can add to spice things up, (though to add them all you'd have to sacrifice more creatures than I mentioned):

DemonDragonJ on Core Set Legendary Creatures By …

Since I have already created threads that list commanders and planeswalkers by home plane, I shall now create a thread that lists legendary creatures who have appeared in core sets by home plane.

As with my previous lists, I shall first list the planes known to be home to at least one legendary creature who has appeared in a core set alphabetically by name, and then list each legendary creature from that plane who has appeared in a core set alphabetically by name. If that creature is from a specific region of that plane or is a member of a specific faction on that plane, I shall list that region or faction in parenthesis after their name.

What does everyone think of this list? Is it sufficiently informative? Have I improperly labeled any creatures? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I didn't notice I had 2 Thalias in the deck, so thanks for pointing that out. I'm aware that Griselbrand is banned in commander. The ide is to replace it with Nefarox, Overlord of Grixis when playing with the banlist. Some of your suggestion were pretty good, I might edit this deck a bit based on them. Thanks for the advice!
