I have a Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts main goal is to get opponents to attack me. I believe I have a good amount of Tempting the attack and forcing the attack. Now for the payoff for doing that to me. So far I have Blessed Reversal Comeuppance Inkshield Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker Mirror Strike No Mercy Norn's Annex Revenge of Ravens Angel's Trumpet Season of the Witch Any suggestions are appreciated. I am trending away from global enchantments in favor of repeated life gain or creature generation in this batch of edits. I made sweeping edits in several categories:
- Lands
Swapped out 8 Plains for Cryptic Caves, Desert of the True, Encroaching Wastes, Idyllic Grange, Karn's Bastion, Labyrinth of Skophos, Radiant Fountain and Secluded Steppe.
- Defensive Auras
Upgraded Pious Interdiction to Recumbent Bliss (which would potentially provide many instances of life gain instead of 1) and dropped Bonds of Faith in favor of Gossamer Chains.
- Offensive Auras
Upgraded Chosen by Heliod to Soaring Hope, Hope Against Hope to Spirit Mantle, Indomitable Will to Gift of Immortality and Ordeal of Heliod to Sunbond.
- Sorceries
Upgraded from Blessed Reversal to Aetherflux Reservoir, Plea for Guidance to Silent Sentinel and added Pegasus Stampede for more ETB creature triggers.
- Vanilla Creatures
Swapped out generic flyers (Armored Pegasus, Concordia Pegasus, Loyal Pegasus, Mistral Charger, Stormfront Pegasus, Wingsteed Rider) for ones with more ability or utility (Pegasus Charger, Plated Pegasus, Eiganjo Free-Riders).
- Relevance
Bigger is not necessarily better so I opted to swap out Serra Avatar for Danitha Capashen, Paragon.
- Defense and Removal
I swapped out Elspeth Conquers Death and Ghostly Prison in favor of Sacred Mesa and Monastery Mentor and Giant Killer for Frontline Medic.
- Boost
I also replaced 3 boost effects (Commander's Insignia, Dictate of Heliod, Honor of the Pure) with 3 alternate win conditions (Test of Endurance, Felidar Sovereign, Archon of Redemption).
- Life Gain
Replaced 3 less efficient or reliable life gain sources (Soldier of the Pantheon, Righteous Cause, Honden of Cleansing Fire) with better ones (Soul's Attendant, Auriok Champion, Pious Evangel / Wayward Disciple, Linden, the Steadfast Queen, Answered Prayers).

I think the first cuts should probably be anything that just gains life and doesn't draw a card or destroy anything. So that would be Benediction of Moons, Chaplain's Blessing, Heroes Remembered, Blessed Reversal, Sanguine Sacrament. After that, I'd probably start looking at all your 3-cmc "bolts". 3 mana seems a little steep simply to deal 3 damage to something, even if it gains you a little life on the side.
Also, one card that I completely forgot to suggest earlier is Fiery Impulse. While it can't go face, being a bolt that only hits creatures is pretty good.

Unfortunately, Jareth, Leonine Titan is not Modern legal. The deck, however, looks awesome! I love the Lifegain theme on it, and it's always good to see Gisela, the Broken Blade seeing some play. Have you considered Lone Missionary as somewhat of an enabler for Lone Rider Flip to flip? Also, a good sideboard card may be Blessed Reversal. Overall, great deck! +1!

You probably want to hit edit and change deck type to commander so it doesn't say your deck is illegal. While I am at it, I will pelt you with some of my personal favorite U/W cards I know of. Like Daxos of Meletis. Since your using blue and white together, you have to make use of the blue and white cards as they are generally better than mono-colored cards.
Let me see here. Air Elemental is outdated, try Pristine Skywise instead. Its WAY better for one more mana, and you can be invincible when you cast!
Cobalt Golem is kinda gross, I like Ascended Lawmage its ten times better! (because he can already fly and cant get hit with abilities)
Glacial Crasher is ok. If you have him for trample I understand. If not Shipbreaker Kraken hands down. (Because he can be stronger for the same cost and tap out cards)
Glacial Wall is ok. But one of the all time best white and blue cards is Wall of Denial so scrap it for that. (Because its 1 tougher and enemies cant hit it with abilities)
Icatian Infantry? Try Deft Duelist
Tandem Lookout? Swap for a Curiosity
Blessed Reversal pales in comparison to Dazzling Reflection
I love Sphere of Safety but your deck needs to be well near 80% enchantments for it to be worth it. Dissipation Field is more up your ally. People wont attack you when they know there creatures get sent right back.
Other than that, your well on your way! With the number of flying creatures you have, its worth noting that Stormtide Leviathan can mean you win the game. So if you add anything, this and Wall of Denial are your two best bets.
