I'd run more removal and cut some of the mid creature threats like Rakdos Roustabout. PRimeval Titan is a good card but not super good in this deck, if you're on a budget I think there are better options for the same price point. Stuff like Chandra, Torch of Defiance, Bloodbraid Elf.

25 lands is a bit heavy, esp since you have mana dorks, 23 seems like a good number to me.

I'd also cut Gaea's Blessing and Manamorphose, they don't really fit the deck.

Definitely go up to 4 bolts, maybe run some Inquisition of Kozilek, 1-2 Angrath's Rampage (better than sheoldred's edict for RB decks since you can kill one rings, and its cheaper too), 1-2 Molten Collapse, 0-1 Maelstrom Pulse etc.

Sudden Spoiling and Hero's Downfall are not playable modern cards, the removal has to be more efficient than that. Staple BR removal options would be 3-4 Lightning Bolt 2-4 Fatal Push 1-2 Molten Collapse 0-1 Angrath's Rampage. I'd also cut the Blightning.

Vampire of the Dire Moon kinda boring generic 1 drop. I assume Tinybones, the Pickpocket is way out of your budget, the cards not super great in here anyways.

Hooded Blightfang is honestly not the best card but I mean if you're playing deathtouch tribal then you should probably play it. Also interesting you chose BR because most deathtouch decks I see are BG and use Fynn, the Fangbearer. Green also gives you some better 1 drop deathtouchers like Gnarlwood Dryad and Narnam Renegade, and also a 2 drop Chevill, Bane of Monsters. Also 3 drop Glissa Sunslayer.

Zoyowa Lava-Tongue 2 drop deathtoucher. Nighthawk Scavenger 3 drop.

I have replaced Fists of the Demigod, Helm of the Ghastlord, and Pain Magnification with Angrath's Rampage, Mayhem Devil, and Triskaidekaphile, which reduced this deck's average converted mana cost from 4.44 to 4.40, which is very nice, since this deck has a very high mana curve; the first two cards have strong synergy with the deck's theme, and the latter card is simply a nice card to have, as it is good to have an alternate win condition in a deck with such a high mana curve.

Update 1: Question. Is Angrath's Rampage a true side-grade to Dreadbore ? I don’t want to give up versatility, but the targeting might be better. Maybe Terminate is even better, because instant speed, but this is an aggressive deck that will probably work best when I’m tapping out. Bedevil is the middle ground but way too expensive and specific costed for modern methinks. Also, with Rakdos Charm in my side board, and Kolaghan's Command in my main board, maybe I have enough answers to artifacts. Thoughts?

FauxFaux It's not every +1/+1 counter, only the ones on creature tokens. :) Also, with his mana cost, consider that he can't really protect himself on the turn he comes out. On the turn after he comes out, for example, it will cost you two or three +1/+1 counters to counter a Hero's Downfall or Murderous Rider. It will cost three or four counters to counter a Dreadbore, Angrath's Rampage or Vampire Hexmage. Not to mention all the two-mana bounce spells. All the while, spending these +1/+1 counters leaves you more vulnerable to attack on the ground... so it's a trade-off and he requires a lot of specific pieces in place so that his strategy doesn't fall apart the turn he comes out... :)

I'm very surprised to see no Blood Moon mainboard or sideboard. Imo there should definitely be at least 2+ copies in the sideboard if none main since it can singlehandedly shut down many of the top decks like Elementals and Living End.

Also Angrath's Rampage synergizes with Tergrid, can hit a lot of different targets, and lets you sacrifice your own Ensnaring Bridge if your opponent's board has been wiped to allow your Kroxas and Tergrids to attack.

Always nice to see more jund lists in pioneer! I agree with a lot of what the two users above me have said about the deck.

That said, I have three general observations about this list that I think should be tweaked a bit.

1) Your curve is pretty high. Currently, you are running 2 5-drop threats and a whopping 6 4-drop threats. I don't think stuff like Rekindling Phoenix is good enough for the 4 mana it costs. Elder Gargaroth is a very strong card, but not having an immediate board impact makes it a lot worse, while Glorybringer can immediately attack and kill off an enemy creature.

2) You don't really have any great card advantage engines (that can play the role of Bob in the deck) which are crucial in long games. Two suggestions I have for this slot are Chevill, Bane of Monsters and Tireless Tracker. The first helps against aggro and usually requires some support from removal, while the second is more mana intensive but plays double duty as an engine and a threat.

3) A lot of your removal is sorcery speed. Excluding the 4 stomps, you only have 3 other instant speed removal spells. Stuff like Angrath's Rampage is versatile, but a 2-mana edict effect is just not that great against a lot of decks. I think it fits better in the sideboard. Bloodchief's Thirst and Dreadbore are both good cards but I think you should cut them to 1-2 copies each. 2-4 Fatal Push is definitely a must, even without the fetchlands of modern it is one of the best spot removal spells in the format. Similarly, I'd recommend some mix of 1-2 Abrupt Decay, 1-2 Assassin's Trophy, and maybe a Kolaghan's Command to round out the removal suite and replace the sorcery speed removal. Bontu's Last Reckoning also would probably do better in the sideboard against highly aggressive go-wide strategies - the card just feels like it would hurt you more than the opponent in a lot of other matchups (don't want to make the combo matchups even worse than they already are right?).
