Greeting, I'm making a commander deck for Amareth, the Lustrous and I'm unsure what happens when a Theros God(Ephara, God of the Polis) enter the battlefield without enough devotion. Will the Amareth trigger only see the God as an enchantment or will it still technically count as sharing the creature type?

Appreciate the well thought out response, I know that took some time. Many of your suggestions were added, the ones on the "Maybe Board" are cards I don't own currently so they would likely be upgrades if I bought.

You make valid points for Castle Locthwain and Westvale Abbey  Flip, I was just thinking late game card draw or a surprise late game flying, lifelink, indestructible, haste; removed the castle as card draw really doesn't seem to be too much of an issue. The same for benching Anticipate.

I didn't have most of the cards for the extra land ramp you suggested but added what I could and others to the Maybe Board. Can't believe I missed Command Tower lol.

The justification for keeping Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh is he is a dragon (theme deck for casual friends) and if he flips it is a distraction that needs to be addressed. Commit / Memory was for mill protection and since been added to the sideboard. Shadowspear was mainly there for the (1) remove hexproof and indestructible, which could be more of a sideboard item. Ramos, Dragon Engine is there for yet another mana source as my mana base is a little on the low side. Deathbringer Regent has moved to sideboard as well, he was added for opponents who crap out tokens and board whipe was needed. Amareth, the Lustrous is in currently for card draw until I purchase something from my maybe board.

One of my main decks to compete against is a Yarok, the Desecrated that uses Agent of Treachery and another is a goblin deck.

Hey, good start. Overall you have good sense with the high budget you have.

Consider revisiting the manabase, you forgot Command Tower and also expand on ramp? 31 lands with only seven 0-3 CMC ramp sources is a risky amount when you need a lot of mana to cast Dragons and Ur-Dragon is nine mana. You really want a ramp source in your opening hand and consistently to get this you want more ramp. Not playing one basic land is an interesting choice, not a choice I would make, but if it's working for you than nice. I would include at least one of each basic.

The Pathways are not good lands for five colors since can only choose one color, they don't give you enough color fixing. With your high budget you can do better than the Pathways especially since a few of them cost more price than much better lands. Castle Locthwain and Westvale Abbey  Flip look out of place and are not powerful enough only able to make one black or one colorless mana in a five color deck. Some Rainbow lands are helpful when playing five colors or with Dragons:

More land ramp that can search for a Triome or Shock land:

Lore and Visits are two drops, similar to Farseek, but the land you search for can ETB untapped if you search for a Forest Shock land. Skyshroud can search for two Forest Triomes or Forest Shock lands. Adding Overgrown Tomb would help with these land ramp spells. Some good ramp sources for five colors to consider:

There's a few other nonDragon cards here that you don't need because they're not as good as other cards here:

Nyx Lotus is not a good ramp source here since it's a four drop that ETB tapped and then it doesn't make mana unless you control another colored permanent. Cover of Darkness is an expensive price card that's not doing much here because Dragons don't really need fear since they already have flying evasion.

Because you have Tiamat then you could cut some of the lesser Dragons such as Deathbringer Regent, Amareth, the Lustrous and Ramos, Dragon Engine. You have Old Gnawbone, if you add Hellkite Charger then you have an infinite attack combo that Tiamat can tutor for.

There's several expensive price cards in the maybeboard that would be good upgrades, but there's also some budget cards that would be upgrades for any of the above cards I mentioned to consider cutting:

Good luck with your deck.

I'd recommend cutting the following cards right away:
Tidal Force (Doesn't do much. Very expensive.)
Siege Behemoth (Good effect, but very expensive.)
Emmara Tandris (It doesn't look like you really have that many tokens. Not sure why this is here.)
Deepfathom Skulker (Good trigger, but expensive, and you can't activate its second ability easily.)
Archon of Coronation (Really easy to lose the monarch and it doesn't do much besides give you the monarch.)
Amareth, the Lustrous (Not really that good. Very rarely will draw you anything in general and the body is very meh.)
Inniaz, the Gale Force (I don't like this kind of effect. You are forced to give up something.)
God-Eternal Oketra (The tokens are okay, but it really doesn't do enough IMO)
Archon of Redemption (3/4 flyer for 5 with a situational life gain effect is pretty bad...)
Angel of Destiny (If it ever gets removed, all you did by attacking, possibly losing creatures in the process, possibly taking hits because your defense are down, was gain life. It just seems like the card really does nothing.)
Trostani, Selesnya's Voice (Not enough token synergy to matter. Life gain is not very good.)
Thassa, Deep-Dwelling (This doesn't do much in your deck. IMO)
Basri's Lieutenant (With almost no +1/+1 counter synergy in the deck, this really doesn't do anything for you.)
Adrix and Nev, Twincasters (Not enough token synergy.)
Niambi, Esteemed Speaker (Can save a creature, but other than that, the card pretty much does nothing.)
Ornithopter of Paradise (Can't trigger Derevi because it has 0 power. Pretty bad as a ramp card too.)
Rhys the Redeemed (Not being elf tribal or big on tokens means that he won't do much.)
Parhelion II (Way too expensive and really doesn't do that much for its cost.)
Righteous Authority (Very expensive and no way to abuse it in the deck currently.)
Cosmos Elixir (You have a ton of draw in the form of "when a creature deals combat damage, draw 1" type cards. You don't need this IMO.)
Sword of Vengeance , Sword of Body and Mind (Not really sure what they're supposed to do for you. Tiny pumps and trample aren't going to help you much IMO.)
Combine Chrysalis (Not enough tokens.)
Sol Talisman (Why is this not Sol Ring?)
Cloudshift , Ephemerate (Almost no abusable ETBs)
Griffin Aerie (Not enough life gain to make this work and not even a great effect.)
Garruk's Uprising (I feel like you should probably be focusing on smaller bodies, not bigger ones.)
Growing Ranks (Not enough tokens.)
Elspeth Conquers Death (Doesn't really do anything you're looking for IMO.)

That's just the ones I would cut right away for not being good in general or not fitting with your strategy.

The token subtheme is kind of unfitting IMO. There's only a few tokens here and there, and a lot of them are "big" tokens, not little ones that can trigger Derevi a lot, but then you also have lots of things to take advantage of tokens even though you don't have that many things that produce tokens (and a lot of times, they're too expensive). If you want to focus a deck on tokens, I think you should choose a different commander.

In general, I think you should probably focus more on having a bunch of smaller creatures so you can get lots of Derevi triggers rather than bigger creatures. This could be a way to work in tokens if you want to push it, because you could focus on smaller tokens that you can push out very cheap and early in the game.

In addition to this, you may also want to consider putting in more cards that you can abuse with Derevi. I love the inspire guy you have in there, Arbiter of the Ideal (don't know if you know, but you can stack tap/untap/tap/untap triggers on him and trigger inspire a bunch of times in one combat!). I think you should focus on this kind of effect more.

I think you should also try to put a little more ramp in there. Sol Ring, Simic Signet, Arcane Signet, and maybe a couple other mana rocks are noticeably missing.

That's pretty much all I have to say about it right now. Let me know what you think!

Hey, Jodah, Archmage Eternal is fun/powerful with Ur-Dragon since his effect lets you cast it for five mana instead of nine. Faeburrow Elder and Jodah team up to make a lot of ramp or easily cast cards; just lacking a black permanent in your control for Elder to make all five colors. Jodah could replace Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury .

Bladewing the Risen is a combo with Scion and Teneb. For seven mana total: four mana Scion can tutor for both of them and three mana to trigger Teneb to cheat them onto the battlefield. Bladewing could replace Amareth, the Lustrous .

Green Battlebond lands: Spire Garden , Rejuvenating Springs and Undergrowth Stadium or less expensive price Green Pain lands: Karplusan Forest , Yavimaya Coast and Llanowar Wastes are nice since they can ETB untapped turn two or three to cast a green ramp spell or mana rock. They could replace Ancient Ziggurat and some basic lands.

Good luck with your deck.

Why exactly is Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder in tier 1? Just for Partner colors? If so, why is Akiri, Line-Slinger much lower?

Seeing Roon of the Hidden Realm above Atraxa, Praetors' Voice and Amareth, the Lustrous, and in the same tier as Tuvasa the Sunlit strikes me as odd. Is there some secret tech that pulls Roon out of tier 4(casual)?

I'm surprised that Siona, Captain of the Pyleas is "only" tier 3, considering the 2 card combo with Shielded by Faith. I suppose it is because GW doesn't offer a lot of consistency for it?

Liesa, Shroud of Dusk still needs to be added. Probably goes right next to Kambal, Consul of Allocation. Almost exactly the same 99. Her tax effect also hits creatures, but she costs more mana in exchange and isn't one-sided, so it evens out.

6 months since the last update. Oh boy, this is really far behind. Core Set 2021, Commander Legends, Zendikar Rising, now Kaldheim. That's like 100 new legendary creatures. So ... who are the most notable for higher power levels?

Amareth, the Lustrous , Kaza, Roil Chaser , Koll, the Forgemaster , Koma, Cosmos Serpent , Liesa, Shroud of Dusk , Omnath, Locus of Creation , Vega, the Watcher , Tergrid, God of Fright  Flip, Birgi, God of Storytelling  Flip, Araumi of the Dead Tide , Sakashima of a Thousand Faces , Obeka, Brute Chronologist ?

Mostly the Kaldheim and Commander Legends legends?
