#1To be very clear, TappedOut is not a place to advertise websites that sell proxies. While folks are allowed to make proxies at home, paying someone else to create proxies violates Wizards' intellectual property rights (as someone else is profiting off Wizards' property). This is why Wizards' official policy is to turn a blind eye to at-home printed proxies for casual play, but holds a very different view on third-party created and sold proxies.
TappedOut's Terms and Conditions make it very clear that this site may not be used in a way that violates or encourages the violation of others' IP rights. This policy exists not only to protect Wizards' IP, but to protect this site against any claims that it actively allowed for the promotion of copyright or trademark infringement.
Accordingly, no one should be posting the names or otherwise directing anyone to any website that sells proxies of Magic cards. This will be the only warning on the subject.
