What happens when you donate your commander with Anduril

So for this specific question we have Balan, Wandering Knight with Assault Suit and Anduril, Flame of the West attached and I allow my opponent to gain control of Balan and they attack, what happens? Take into consideration that I still control Anduril and all the other equipment, but can I really create attacking tokens? Do they come into play under my control?

6/16/2023 If Andúril is equipped to a creature an opponent controls, Andúril's controller will create two tapped Spirit tokens each time that creature attacks. Even if that creature is legendary, the Spirits would not enter the battlefield attacking.
