if a card with [X] in its mana cost(for example Genesis Hydra) is exiled with Mosswort Bridge; when i cast it can i select X any number? for example can i have Genesis Hydra enter the battlefield with 10000000000 counters on it? and another question: for example i played Genesis Wave ,selecting the X as 10,and revealed Genesis Hydra can i have it enter the battlefield with 8 counters on it?

Whenever you are allowed to cast a spell with and X cost X is always zero. The answer to your second question is also no. Genesis Hydra puts something directly onto the battlefield and X has a default value of zero unless you payed mana when it was cast.

but Mosswort Bridge says "without paying its mana cost" so do i still get to pay for X? or can I declare a number to X but dont pay it?

Whenever a spell is cast without paying its mana cost X is always zero and you can't pay to make it larger. Think of it like the path of least resistance zero mana is the least that can be payed so that is how much is payed for X. The specific rule is some where in the comp rules for you to look up up if you want.

The technical answer is this:

Casting something "without paying its mana cost" follows the rules for casting something for an alternate cost. When you cast a spell, you may only pay either its mana cost or one alternate cost. When you cast cards with in their mana costs, you only declare the value of X when you cast those cards for their mana costs. If you pay an alternate cost, you're not paying a mana cost, so you can't choose a value for . defaults to zero.

Mosswort Bridge's ability states, "You may cast the exiled card without paying its mana cost . . ." This means the ability requires you to pay a prescribed alternate cost in order to cast the card, so you can't choose to pay the mana cost or another cost.
