Morph or Manifest and converted mana cost

If a have Abzan Guide morphed on the battlefield and a player cast Gaze of Granite for 4 x can i pay the morph cost and save my creature?If i cast Collected Company and among the creatures there is Abzan Guide f.e. can i choose it and paly it as morph?

I think you should make individual threads for each question. Be that as it may...
Yes, turning Abzan Guide face up will save it, because it's converted mana cost is 6 when Gaze of Granite resolves.
And no, Morph modifies how you can cast a card, but Collected Company puts creatures on the battlefield - it does not cast them. (and even if it would let you cast them instead, you can't choose to pay alternative costs when you're casting something without paying it's mana cost)
