Lazav, the Multifarious as a copy of Mirror-Mad Phantasm

Can someone just run through what would happen if I had Mirror-Mad Phantasm in the grave and made Lazav, the Multifarious a copy of it and activated his ability???

Here’s the ruling:

“If another creature (such as Necrotic Ooze) gains Mirror-Mad Phantasm's activated ability, its owner reveals cards until they reveal a card named Mirror-Mad Phantasm.“

If a spell or ability references the object it is on, it means the object it is on regardless of the object's actual name. The exception to this is that if a spell or ability says "a card named..." or "cards named.." it cares about the name of the card.

You mill until you hit a card that's actually named "Mirror-Mad Phantasm".

Usually when a card's name appears in its own rules text it means "this object, right here", and it will keep that meaning if something happens to make the object's name change (almost always due to a copy effect). The exception to this, however, is if the text specifically says "a card named [N]", in which case it only means cards with that particular name.
