Delaying Shield Question?

Might be a silly question, but for Delaying Shield do you have to pay 1W for each counter, or just a flat out 1W?

I'd like to note that it's implemented to allow you to pay less than the full amount also; the decision is actually made via a separate trigger for each counter. If it has 3 counters on it, you can pay 1W twice and lose 1 life.

@nobu_the_bard: It is actually all one trigger; that trigger just lets you pay separately for each counter. This is a relevant difference for cards like Stifle , which can be used to stop the entire trigger, not just a single "1 life or 1W" payment.

You have to pay for each one life you would lose. For example, if Delaying Shield had 3 counters on it, you'd have to pay 3WWW in order to lose no life.
