Bile Blight and Geralf's messenger

If I have a Bile Blight and use it on a Geralf's Messenger, would it die twice, or not. i thought it would because the name didn't change, and undying resolved before the end of turn, so the rebuff would still apply.

Bile Blight's effect only affects creatures on the battlefield at the time the spell resolves. It doesn't apply to any creatures entering afterwards that may have the same name.

yes, Geralf's Messenger will die due to 0 toughness, however it will come back and stay with a +1/+1 counter.
