MTGO install errors please help

Hi everyone,
I am trying to install MTGO however it comes up with an error saying something about validation, I've never seen this before is there anything I can do
Hello legendofa i have tried contacting them just waiting for a response the actual message i get is Application Validation did not succeed unable to continue and when i click details it mentions emblemdafaultart.jpg has a different computed hash than specified in manifest
Any ideas what all that means

AH HA! You Solved my issue.
So I got thinking that maybe the issue is because I'm on WIFI and not hard lined into my Rotor. So I plugged in an BOOM! It worked.
Thanks for the Idea and I hope anyone else that is having this issue will see this and try

I'd start by looking up the validation error online, then contacting their customer service.
If you've done both of those, what's the wording of the validation error?
