New Sheoldred price speculation

Hello everyone,
I was looking around on the internet and the price at the moment for the new Sheoldred fron Dominaria United is around 30$. According to you what will be the mean price of the card when the set is released?
Also do you know any site in particular for price prediction of cards from new sets? And when is the best moment (in general) to buy cards from a new released set?

A huge number of packs for Dominaria United are going to be opened. Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider is at around $28 right now and its a more powerful card in EDH compared to Sheoldred.
Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant is at about $10 right now though I would argue that Sheoldred is a better card in EDH in comparison.
I think that Sheoldred will end up somewhere in between, though I'm gonna guess a price of around $15 after a couple months. That could obviously change if it somehow fits into a good standard, pioneer or modern deck, but I'm a bit doubtful, she seems built for EDH. I think release weekend will probably be the best time to buy. Long term it could creep back up, but I don't think it'll hit $30-40 for a long time.
Its a very good EDH card, but there are a whole lot of those around and Sheoldred, the Apocalypse is really only great in a dedicated wheel deck, but it will also be a magnet for removal in those decks.

Being a 4/5 body with deathtouch as well as providing lifegain on draw and a damage when opponents draw (all for , she's a pretty good card overall. Depending on how prevalent she is in pulls, I think she'll probably go down to ~$20 for the first few months after the set drops (meta impact depending).
By next year though I wouldn't be surprised if she's climbed back up to her current value or above (30-40).
Short of a ban though, I don't think she'll go below 20. Being standard legal and an absolute workhorse in EDH she's going to be in demand.
