Apart from a spate of tutors of varying price points (Vampiric Tutor, Mystical Tutor, Demonic Tutor, Entomb, etc.), here are some thoughts of varying degrees of evilness/making sure your opponents "love" you forever:

What exactly is Manamorphose doing here?

Manabase is a little weird, if you really want to lean into snow then I'd run 4 Prismatic Vista. Gemstone Caverns and Boseiju aren't worth having in the sideboard, and both of those cards are basically only for spell-based combo decks like ad naus. I'd take out all 6 copies across main and side, replace the maindeck ones with 2 Boseiju, Who Endures, replace the sideboard copies with 4 Pick Your Poison.

Big fan of snow decks here!

For a nice budget friendly option have you considered Gaea's Blessing? It has great synergy when put into the graveyard with Glacial Revelation, and has the bonus of stopping mill decks. Maybe cut x2 The Three Seasons, and x1 Marit Lage's Slumber for these.

For Non-Budget upgrades focus on the land base. Misty Rainforest, or Prismatic Vista.

Hope this helps!

Goblin Engineer requires mana and has a built in limit. Almost ran Engineer but Gilded Lotus is one tap Zirilan activation and Mycosynth Lattice creates win conditions. Daretti, Scrap Savant is built for artifact and/or graveyard strategies. Great card but not for our creature combo deck.

I took your advice and tweaked it ever so slightly and added Prismatic Vista.

Why use Prismatic Vista in a mono-colored deck? Wouldn't it be simpler to just replace it with a Plains?
